It Seems Appropriate to start here

Well.

Things have changed. My life is different and yet the same.

Many of you will know that my husband was Steven, we moved here in 2016, however our lives have changed and with that our desires for our future have also changed.

Since our separation in 2024 we now have new partners. Steven has moved away and I am here with the goats living with my new partner Tony. Both myself and Steven are still friends and I cannot possibly express just how grateful I am of that. We spent 16 years married, friends and worked together for some of that. It's lovely that we can still share a friendship and that Steven can still visit here in the future.

So what of the Clean Goat? Well a pause was needed and a rest. We all needed some time to adjust and settle back into life. We've started making some plans and we've started to make some progress after what felt like a long winter.

What I hope to bring forward with the blended websites is a more simpliified way to bring customers more information about the soaps, and skincare but also for those who would like to know more about the farm behind the scenes. I also don't want to bombard everyone with stuff to read and things they don't want to know about. So I'll aim for two emails a month, one product related and one farm related. You can choose which ones to digest. If people enjoy the content and want more, there will be more on the website and of course the social media pages where mostly daily content will be uploaded because I literally can't get enough of the goats, animals and changing weather here so photograph everything constantly.

So if you have suggestions let me know. The soap will be made on site as always and the animals and courses will be back. I'm grateful and thankful for all the messages of support from customers and stockists far and wide supporting me and the animals through this difficult time. I am certainly looking forward to being back up and running with the support of Tony and with the support of Steven and his new partner.
